The City of Pasadena is seeking a design-build partner for solar and energy storage projects at city-owned properties. The work spans feasibility, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance.

Must possess Class A (General Engineering Contractor), Class B (General Building Contractor), or Class C-10 Electrical (Specialty Contractor) license
Lead Architects and/or Engineers must hold an active license and registration in the State of California
Must submit a completed Form AA-1
Must submit a Declaration of Non-Collusion
Must comply with Pasadena Living Wage Ordinance for contracts over $25,000
Must comply with State of California Prevailing Wage requirements
