The agency seeks a vendor to provide creative design, printing, and mailing services for its seasonal community resource and recreation guide and related products. The selected vendor will design each guide using content supplied by agency staff through Smartsheet, prepare approximately four to five drafts for review and approval, and complete the design process within an estimated 17-week timeline for each guide.
Approximately 600 copies of each guide will be produced. The guide will measure 8.25 by 10.875 inches and contain approximately 58 to 72 pages plus an eight-page cover wrap. The cover wrap will be printed four-color process on 70-pound, number 3 Sonoma gloss book stock, while the text will be printed four-color process on 45-pound, number 3 Advance gloss book stock.
The vendor will also produce approximately 20,000 postcards, presort and bundle them for mailing, deliver them to the agency for approval and payment, and subsequently support mailing of the postcards. Additional services may include special edition guides, apparel, decals, promotional items, banners, graphic design, stickers, magnets, postcards, business cards, agency printing, and brochures. The contract period will be three years.
