DESCRIPTION
The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide a crash data and geocoding system that modernizes the current environment while preserving and enhancing operational capabilities. The solution must support crash data management, improved geocoding processes, roadway safety analysis, public access to crash information, and integration with enterprise business systems.
The system should provide automated and manual geocoding workflows, advanced reporting and self-service analytics, GIS and roadway network integration, public-facing dashboards and data portals, and modern APIs and data exchange mechanisms. It should support automated ingestion, management, validation, and quality control of crash, vehicle, and person data; integration with Esri GIS, roadway inventory, and linear referencing systems; and configurable workflows for data review, correction, and lifecycle management.

Required capabilities include advanced querying, visualization, mapping, charting, statistical analysis, public data portals, and data extraction.
