Construction of Fort Hood Barracks 104

The Government is conducting a Request for Information and Sources Sought process for the construction of a permanent-party barracks at Fort Hood, Texas. The proposed facility would provide modern housing for approximately 250 Soldiers and would be located near existing unit headquarters and motor pools.

The anticipated construction target price range is $99,628,420 to $110,698,420, within a total programmed amount of $125,000,000. The Government anticipates awarding a potential Phase 1 agreement for design and preconstruction services during the third or fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027. The anticipated period of performance is approximately 1,000 calendar days after execution of a potential Phase 2 construction modification.

Interested parties must submit a capability statement and complete submission package, including the required Acquisition Strategy Questionnaire, no later than September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time.
