Hawaii seeks a contractor to provide construction management and field support personnel for state harbor engineering projects under a five-year contract.

Must be on HDOT's Qualified Consultant List for fiscal year 2026
Must be registered to do business in the State of Hawaii
Must possess a current and valid license in the category of work for which the Consultant is requesting qualification
Construction Manager must have a minimum of eight years of experience in managing projects of similar nature and scope
Construction Manager must be a professional engineer registered in the State of Hawaii
Project Engineer must have a minimum of six years of experience in Harbors construction
Project Engineer must be a professional engineer registered in the State of Hawaii
Field Engineer must have a minimum of three years of experience in Harbors construction
Field Construction Inspector must have a minimum of three years of experience with waterfront, wharf and pier structure, and infrastructure inspection
Field Construction Inspector must be certified to perform sampling and testing in accordance with the State Highway Personnel Qualification Program
Must provide proof of general liability insurance of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
