DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive computer and information systems management consulting services. The scope includes helpdesk support for end-user computing devices, peripherals, standard productivity tools, airport enterprise and operational applications, user identity and account management, incident management, and service request fulfillment. Vendors will also be responsible for event and alert monitoring, maintaining robust incident management processes, and ensuring that incidents are properly logged and prioritized within the airport's ITSM platform.

Field support services require on-site resources to assist with the execution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems across airport facilities. Vendors must ensure all asset tracking records and documentation are kept up to date, including device identifiers, locations, and serial numbers, within the designated management systems.
