Cloud-Based Fault Detection and Diagnostics System

The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide and implement a cloud-based fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) system to improve monitoring, performance, and operational efficiency across campus building systems. The solution must be scalable and cloud-based or enterprise-hosted, supporting the aggregation, normalization, tagging, and contextualization of large volumes of time-series building automation system data across a diverse, multibuilding campus environment.

The platform should include rules-based and model-supported analytics for continuous commissioning, automated fault prioritization, and ongoing refinement of diagnostics without extensive custom development. Configurable dashboards and workflow tools must support fault tracking, assignment, and resolution, allowing facilities staff to manage issues from identification through closure. The system should promote user adoption through clear visualizations, logical organization, and actionable fault presentation. The contract period will be one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 13, 2026, and questions must be submitted by August 18, 2026.
