Cloud Based DocuSign eSignature Software System

The Government is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based electronic signature software solution that enables secure document management and signing operations, in compliance with all relevant federal standards. The selected provider must deliver a fully functional eSignature software platform on schedule, equipped with enterprise-level features, integrations, and robust API capabilities.

The software must feature secure authentication, access control, detailed audit trails, and comprehensive data protection standards. Critical functionalities include secure document sending and signing, workflow management, document control and retention policies, conditional routing, and advanced visibility options. The vendor will also be responsible for continuous technical support, system troubleshooting, updates, maintenance, and ensuring optimal uptime and performance.

Additionally, the platform must accommodate government-led vulnerability testing and promptly address identified security issues. Data integrity must be ensured through document immutability and complete auditability, while access must be restricted based on user roles and permissions.
