DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide a cloud-based automated compound flood forecasting, impact analysis, and mapping system. The platform must provide authorized users with secure, web-based access to system functionality and results from commonly used internet-connected devices, including desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.

The forecasting model must use hourly or more frequent rainfall and coastal tide forecast products, along with other relevant datasets needed to support accurate flood forecasting. The system must support the execution and completion of up to four forecast simulations within a rolling 24-hour period.

The solution must include a unified web-based dashboard that enables authorized users to view, analyze, and process results from all flood models and simulations through an intuitive interface. It must also provide county staff with direct access to ArcGIS Online feature layers containing daily forecast results, including capabilities for viewing, downloading, and integration with county-developed web applications and web viewers. The system must visually display maximum current and forecasted inundation extents and floodplains for user-selected locations within the county. Questions must be submitted by September 11, 2026.
