DESCRIPTION

The City of Burlington, Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive city assessment services and establish a strategic partnership with the selected assessor. The partnership should make effective use of City resources and support seamless service delivery for customers.

The selected assessor will perform revaluation, statutory assessor, and full-value maintenance services for all taxable real property within the City throughout the agreement term.
