The selected vendor will provide city arts program services to help establish a fully functional public arts program. At the conclusion of the project, the consultant will transfer a ready-to-launch program to a designated city staff employee.
The work will support the creation of an independent, centralized arts council capable of coordinating, managing, and serving as a public liaison for the City’s broad public arts infrastructure. The vendor will conduct focused engagement activities identified in the Arts Council Feasibility Study, informed by respondent information and available census data.
The project will also include discussions and meetings with public art program and arts council staff in peer cities to gather advice and insights regarding best practices, policies, and procedures.
