A public safety agency in Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) replacement system. The new system will support the processing of 9-1-1 calls for service across four Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) and enable dispatching for regional first responder agencies. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering the required technology and services, including project management, system design and configuration, implementation, and comprehensive training.
