A Colorado educational agency is seeking a qualified vendor or Zoom–certified partner to implement a comprehensive cloud-based Zoom Phone telephony system across all schools and administrative sites. The project entails deploying and configuring a cloud-hosted Zoom Phone platform utilizing Zoom’s native infrastructure to modernize and unify voice communications.
The selected provider will be responsible for offering site-based call routing, with features such as auto-attendants and call queues designed for each school or department. Additional requirements include supporting voicemail-to-email, call forwarding, voicemail transcription, and enabling staff access via Zoom softphones and mobile applications. Administrative capabilities are also emphasized, including dashboard access with templates, usage reports, audit logs, and role-based permissions.
Integration with Microsoft Office is essential, specifically for calendar and contact synchronization. The proposed solution must allow for importing user, group, and site data from Microsoft Entra ID during provisioning, as well as writing assigned Zoom Phone numbers back to Entra ID, making them visible in user profiles and across Microsoft 365 services. Vendors must submit their questions regarding this opportunity by January 30, 2026.
