The State of Ohio is seeking a vendor to plan, design, develop, pilot, and implement a comprehensive statewide youth suicide prevention messaging and outreach campaign. The initiative aims to amplify youth perspectives, incorporate input from suicide loss survivors, and provide evidence-informed content that promotes protective factors, increases help-seeking behaviors, and supports early intervention among youth.
Key responsibilities include engaging the community, collaborating with youth and loss survivors, developing and testing campaign content, and planning for its effective distribution. The vendor will design and manage a complete digital ecosystem for the campaign, which includes creating and maintaining a standalone campaign website and branded social media channels to host all relevant materials.
The project also involves establishing a coordinated engagement process to ensure contributions from youth, loss survivors, and community partners shape the development of the campaign. Evaluation activities will be required to assess campaign effectiveness and support ongoing refinements, ensuring the initiative remains responsive to the needs of Ohio's youth.
