Requests for information must be submitted by March 25th, 2026.
Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on April 1st, 2026.
The initial term of the agreement will commence upon execution and be valid through June 30th, 2026.
The contract allows for four (4) one (1) year optional renewals.
Each contractor is responsible for submitting program reports by the end of each month.
Quarterly reports detailing program activities, youth served, and progress toward measurable outcomes are required.
Awarded proposers shall report monthly on the performance metrics outlined in Attachment 4.
Invoices are to be submitted monthly or quarterly by the 15th of the month following the end of the invoicing period.
