A government authority in DeKalb, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide officiating services for youth basketball games. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying qualified officials and all necessary officiating equipment, such as stopwatches, whistles, and uniforms, including shoes. Transportation of officials to and from events must also be arranged by the vendor.
Youth basketball games are scheduled on weeknights beginning at 6:00 P.M., averaging 2.5 games per night, and on Saturdays, with about 10 games per day. The upcoming season includes approximately 618 regular games and an additional 80 tournament games. The service contract will span three years, ensuring continuous officiating coverage for all scheduled youth basketball events.
