The State of New Hampshire is seeking a contractor to develop and implement strategies for substance misuse prevention among young adults ages 18 to 25, particularly those entering or already in the workforce. The scope of services includes providing industry-standard, statewide education on the prevention of alcohol and other drug misuse for this demographic.
The selected contractor will be responsible for assembling or maintaining a young adult advisory council. This council will convene monthly to support marketing efforts, recruit participants, and assist with program implementation. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that young adults gain access to information on early intervention, treatment, and recovery resources, as well as strategies for support and coping to prevent and reduce substance misuse and related mental health issues.
The contractor will also collaborate with the Department’s Communications bureau to oversee any associated website and social media activities. All digital content must comply with departmental and state information technology policies and standards.
