The Kentucky Army National Guard is preparing to issue a solicitation for lodging and catering services in support of the Kentucky 201st EN BN Yellow Ribbon Program. The event will take place at the Boyd Convention and Arts Center, located at 15605 State Route 180, Catlettsburg, Kentucky, from May 28 to May 29, 2026.
This contract opportunity will be structured as a Firm–Fixed–Price (FFP) agreement and is designated as a Total Small Business Set Aside, meaning only certified Small Business concerns are eligible to participate. All interested vendors must be registered in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) at the time of proposal submission to be considered compliant.
