DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Cookeville, Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide yearbook printing services. The estimated quantities for each production cycle are approximately 500 yearbooks, though orders may fluctuate between 75 and 1,500 units and are not guaranteed. Yearbooks are to be delivered in the Spring, and vendors must provide PDF electronic proofs for review prior to final printing.

Yearbooks must be produced in a 9” x 12” finished size with 144 pages. The cover should utilize a four-color process printed on lithicote material, glass laminated, and be a hardcover wrapped around a 160 pt. binder’s board. The cover may require special applications such as silkscreen, foil embossing, UV varnish, or metallic finishes. The resulting contract will be valid for five years.
