The government authority in Ontario is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive yearbook software and printing services for schools. The desired solution should include both software for yearbook development and design, as well as printing and binding services offered on an as-needed basis. The platform must allow for flexible creation of yearbooks online, support bulk online ordering, and enable secure individual orders by students, parents, and guardians.
Integration capabilities with Google applications and other commonly used school software platforms are required, and the solution should support content uploads such as pictures and videos. Vendors should be able to offer multiple printing options, including hardcover and softcover books with glossy, all-color pages. The contract for these services will span a three-year period.
