DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Glastonbury, Connecticut is seeking a qualified vendor to provide school yearbook publishing services. The selected yearbook publisher will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements as determined by the school, including offering a variety of cover options such as silk-screened, foil-stamped, printed, or raised designs, as chosen by the staff.
The vendor must supply yearbooks with a binder board of at least 160-point quality and ensure the production of a minimum of 1,200 copies per year. Each yearbook should have a trimmed size of 9 x 12 inches and contain no fewer than 300 pages. The contract will span a three-year period.
