The selected provider will be responsible for setting up, operating, and dismantling the rideshare lot, ensuring efficient traffic management and passenger flow throughout event days.

Required services include the provision of all necessary equipment to facilitate smooth traffic control, crowd management, and passenger comfort, such as weather shelters. Staffing must cover the full activation period—beginning five hours before each game, throughout the estimated two-hour game duration, and up to three hours post-game—totaling approximately ten hours per game.

Operational tasks encompass flagging and directing rideshare vehicles, assisting passengers in locating their lanes and pickups, crowd management, and addressing customer information needs such as directing to restrooms, food, and other amenities.
