The selected vendor will provide services aimed at preventing the outmigration of working-age adults for a government authority in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Key responsibilities include increasing or enhancing childcare services within the agency and developing or expanding affordable and subsidized childcare for families earning less than 120% of the area median income.
Additionally, the scope includes the creation or expansion of workforce training and development opportunities targeting adults aged 25 to 45. Services should also encompass professional mentoring and initiatives designed to foster economic and professional advancement for the target demographic.
The initiative is focused on supporting local families and workforce members, with a strong emphasis on childcare support and career development.
