DESCRIPTION


The agency seeks a vendor to provide advisory, configuration, and integration services for its Workforce Management platform (UKG Pro WFM) to ensure alignment with the Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. This project involves supporting the implementation of Workday modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), financial management, supply chain management, and payroll processing.

The selected firm will evaluate, update, and design system configuration changes, integration solutions, testing support, deployment planning, and post-deployment stabilization to maintain seamless timekeeping, accruals management, advanced scheduling, payroll, and labor-related financial reporting. The vendor will review the existing workforce management structure, propose improvements, and update configuration elements such as timekeeping, accrual, and leave management functionalities. Additionally, the services include designing and configuring integrations between the workforce management system and the Workday ERP, assisting in system testing, deployment execution, and developing end-user training materials to support change readiness initiatives.

All vendor questions must be submitted by March 27, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
