The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and executing a strategic planning process that results in an actionable roadmap to guide workforce development efforts in the region.
Key responsibilities include identifying program outcomes, service gaps, and opportunities for enhanced coordination. The vendor will review current strategic plans, policy documents, and reports related to workforce development, and synthesize recent labor market research, economic forecasts, and workforce trends. Deliverables will include an executive summary and presentation materials, as well as a comprehensive strategic plan with supporting appendices. Strategic priorities must align with economic development, equity, and community needs in Pennsylvania.
