DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive workforce development outreach services encompassing strategic advertising, public information, and awareness campaigns. The scope includes increasing the visibility and understanding of workforce system services and resources, enhancing communication with the public, stakeholders, and fostering collaboration among strategic partners.

Services required span strategic planning, messaging, ad and brand design, graphic design, researching marketing and outreach opportunities, public and media relations, public affairs, media buying, and other creative services. The vendor will deliver local radio campaigns, printed flyers, community partner newsletters, earned media placements, web and interactive materials, annual and special report development, social media campaigns, printing, video production, advertising, copywriting, collateral development, and preparation of talking points and presentation materials. Ad hoc outreach plans and marketing outreach analysis are also included.
