The government authority in Sacramento, California seeks vendors to provide specialized Clifton Strengths–based engagement, leadership development, and workforce and organizational development services. Required offerings include training, facilitation, surveying, coaching, and consulting, all targeted at promoting optimal organizational performance and supporting the agency's mission, core values, and strategic goals.

Vendors will deliver workforce development programs such as expert speaker presentations for organizational summits, training sessions, webinars, and communication, with a focus on compliance, project management, decision intelligence, change management, and human resources services. Specific Clifton Strengths–based services include team building, workforce engagement surveying, development and delivery of specialized training and webinars, and leadership development programs. Additional requirements encompass consultation, advising, facilitation, and the provision of tools and access codes for Clifton Strengths assessments, as well as individual training and one-on-one coaching for staff to understand and develop their talents and strengths.
