DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this RFP is to secure a vendor to provide third party administration and related support services for a comprehensive workers' compensation program in Texas. The selected provider will be responsible for developing and maintaining a workers’ compensation program, ensuring quality care and effective service delivery at competitive rates.
Services required include third party claims administration, legal services, cost containment, and loss control. The program must be supported by dedicated staff, including at least one indemnity adjuster, a designated indemnity adjuster, and a medical-only adjuster. The scope of claims to be managed includes approximately 125 lost time claims and 150 medical-only claims.
The contract period is two years. All inquiries regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 24, 2026.
