DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive workers compensation program services for higher education employees in Arizona. The objective is to deliver the lowest possible costs for workers compensation benefits through the development, design, and implementation of an advantageous plan tailored to the needs of higher education staff, while consistently improving service quality.

Vendors must be admitted insurance carriers in the State of Arizona and licensed to transact workers compensation insurance in all 50 states. Responsibilities include effective and efficient claims administration in accordance with state law, supporting a higher education environment. Vendors should demonstrate strong customer satisfaction metrics within the workers compensation sector, as well as proven experience in proactive claims management, risk management, return-to-work programs, and loss control initiatives. The ability to engage with regional preferred workers compensation provider networks is also required.
