DESCRIPTION


A qualified firm is sought to provide workers' compensation insurance and comprehensive claims management services. The selected vendor will deliver workers' compensation insurance, assist in identifying risks across all employee categories, and help develop and implement effective claims control strategies.

Responsibilities include reviewing and recommending improvements to claims management procedures based on industry best practices, conducting comprehensive claim reviews at least quarterly to analyze trends and data for cost and exposure reduction, and coordinating employee safety and ergonomic assessments. The vendor will also review and suggest contract language related to workers’ compensation coverage. The initial contract period will cover one year.
