The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide workers’ compensation, case management, and related professional services for their police and fire personnel. The scope includes the administration and management of both existing and future workers’ compensation cases, as well as loss control services and oversight of medical services rendered to affected employees.
The selected provider will be responsible for processing all reported workers’ compensation claims through to resolution and handling monthly computerized loss run reports containing detailed claim information by employee department. Additional tasks include preparing and forwarding payment vouchers for compensation, medical benefits, and other eligible expenses, submitting mandatory Medicare secondary payer reports, and performing periodic safety inspections upon the City’s request. Written loss control recommendations, inclusive of accident reviews and analyses, are also required.
This contract will be awarded for a period of one year. All vendor questions must be submitted by May 15, 2026.
