DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive workers compensation and third-party administrator services for legacy workers compensation claims. This includes medical case management for all valid claims, emphasizing cases with restricted or alternate duty releases, extended lost time (over three days), coordination of medical treatment, inpatient hospitalizations, and other situations as covered by the plan.

The provider will be responsible for ensuring all required printed materials—such as compliance notices, panel of physicians, and other documentation mandated by workers compensation law—are current and distributed as needed. Additionally, the vendor will review, approve, and process payments for medical providers' invoices, statements, and bills in accordance with the appropriate fee schedules. The ability to generate annual year-to-date reports for both the claims and payments activities is also required.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than April 10, 2026.
