Vendors should illustrate their ability to deliver robust Workday support, detailing service tiers, response Service Level Agreements (SLAs), coverage models, service governance, reporting, and knowledge transfer methodologies.
The scope includes functional support for Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll, time tracking, and absence modules. Technical support requirements include expertise with Workday integrations (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio), security administration, business process configuration, tenant setup and change management, release management, feature adoption, and both regression and user acceptance testing support.
