The scope of work encompasses developing the core site functionality such as content streams, structured page hierarchy, and intuitive primary and secondary navigation. The vendor will also create dynamic editorial-style pages with interactive elements like parallax scrolling. Usability and technical testing, as well as ongoing user feedback collection and iterative improvements, are integral to the project’s ongoing success.
