Required hardware includes 45 Commander holster sensor triggers (with SWARM Trigger Licenses), six Commander 2.0 eight-slot docking/charging ports, and two universal power supply units. The request also covers Commander 2.1 smart body camera systems featuring 360-degree clips, live streaming, GPS tracking, emergency SOS connect, push-to-talk communication, text capability, nationwide coverage, 15-hour battery life, 1080P video quality, 64 GB memory, replaceable batteries, and automatic night vision.
The agency also requires an evidence management system with unlimited CJIS-compliant cloud storage via the WEMS Enterprises platform, access to the Commander Online Platform System (COPS), and Commander dispatch licenses for COPS.
