DESCRIPTION
A government authority in New York seeks a vendor to provide managed services for its wireless network. The selected organization will be responsible for delivering and overseeing wireless internet services and equipment, ensuring robust network distribution and access throughout agency facilities. The Trust has historically offered complimentary public WiFi for visitors, along with paid, business-grade WiFi for tenants and concessionaires at various properties.
The selected vendor will be expected to maintain and enhance the existing free public WiFi system and business-grade WiFi offerings, aiming for reliable and improved service for both visitors and tenants. Additionally, the provider will operate and support the expansion of IoT assets on the Island to align with evolving business needs.
