The government authority in Mulct, Georgia is seeking qualified vendors to provide wireless communication services and equipment supplies. The intent is to establish multiple contracts with reputable mobile network carriers to deliver comprehensive wireless communication offerings, including cellular voice and data services, device supply, and associated technical support under the agency's direct program.

Bidders must offer rate plans supporting unlimited nationwide domestic voice and text messaging, along with data plans that include unlimited or high-threshold usage options. Policies regarding data throttling and prioritization must be clearly defined. Flexible plan designs should allow pooled or individual allocation of services and facilitate easy reassignment across different state, local, and education users without service interruption. Plans should not require long-term commitments for individual lines, and international roaming capabilities, costs, and restrictions must be fully transparent, including temporary or on-demand options.

Device catalogs are expected to feature a wide variety of equipment such as smartphones, ruggedized devices, tablets, and mobile hotspots to support diverse governmental needs. All devices provided under the contract become the property of the customer organization upon delivery and must support modern security features including encryption, secure boot, remote lock/wipe, and compatibility with mobile device management (MDM) systems. Vendors are also required to offer lifecycle management solutions for deployment, refresh, and environmentally responsible device disposal or recycling. The contract will be in effect for one year.
