DESCRIPTION

The client is seeking vendors to provide Ivanti Windows device management software and related migration assistance. This engagement will cover procurement of subscriptions for Ivanti Neurons for Digital Experience Device Cloud SUM and Patch Management Cloud Subscription, each bundled with migration services for 5,500 devices. Coverage for these services is expected to run from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2027, for an initial term of one year. Pricing is also requested for three-year annual renewals of the Neurons for Digital Experience Device Cloud SUM option.

Additionally, the contract includes the procurement of 150 licenses for Ivanti Security Controls Patch for Server Maintenance and Content Maintenance over a one-year term, along with a single subscription for Ivanti Virtual Cloud Services Application. Vendors will be responsible for supporting migration and deployment, ensuring all devices and servers are smoothly transitioned to the specified Ivanti solutions.
