DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide billboard advertising services focused on wildfire prevention campaigns. Billboard signage must be strategically placed on major highways to maximize public awareness and engagement. Vendors are required to retain all rights to any supplied artwork or logos used in the development of advertising content.

All preparation tasks, including production of artwork, negatives or positives, plates, dies, and color separations, are the responsibility of the vendor. Signage must be constructed to withstand various weather conditions, including extreme wind, sleet, rain, and snow. The contract vendor is accountable for any costs related to billboard maintenance and adjustments, including parts, labor, travel, and logistics, should the signage fail to remain in place.
