The selected vendor will be responsible for providing billboard advertising services focused on wildfire prevention. All billboard signage must be constructed to endure harsh weather conditions such as extreme wind, sleet, rain, and snow.
The contracted vendor will handle all expenses related to adjustments, parts, labor, travel, pickup, or delivery that arise if signage does not remain securely in place. They will serve as the single point of contact for arranging warranty or replacement services for the signage with the agency.
If necessary to expedite and complete warranty work, the agency may require this work to be subcontracted. Warranty repairs must be completed as quickly as reasonably possible, and all repaired billboards will require agency approval to confirm adequacy of signage.
