A qualified vendor is sought to design and deploy a comprehensive wildfire prevention and mitigation campaign in Utah. The goal is to reduce human-caused wildfire ignitions by increasing public awareness through targeted prevention messaging and high-visibility multimedia outreach directed at both residents and visitors.
The selected vendor will be responsible for producing and placing advertising across traditional, digital, and nontraditional media channels, including OTT/connected TV, streaming audio, podcasts, and digital video. The campaign should leverage geofenced and location-based advertising strategies near high-risk areas, and develop creative assets that focus on prevention and mitigation. Consistent branding across all platforms is required.
Efforts will include executing both paid and organic social media campaigns, producing short-form video content, and engaging credible influencers. The campaign should also maintain consistent messaging through Fire Sense channels, implement community-based outreach in high-risk locations, and support public-facing and media events. Extending strategic partnerships beyond government entities and increasing engagement across digital, print, and in-person platforms is essential to maximize campaign impact.
