SUMMARY

The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center seeks information from providers capable of delivering secure WAN services to connect development platforms across CONUS locations, with initial links between Offutt and Eglin Air Force Bases.

DESCRIPTION

The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC), Combatant Command C2 Division (NCC), is conducting market research to identify providers capable of delivering robust, secure Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Wide Area Network (WAN) services. The aim is to extend the Rogue Blue Software (RBS) development platform network to multiple continental United States (CONUS) locations, including Federal facilities, contracting partner sites, and commercial or Federal Cloud Service Provider datacenters.

The initial requirement centers around establishing two separate 1Gbps Ethernet Private Line (EPL) services connecting Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska and Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. The solution must provide managed, end-to-end WAN connectivity, traversing an EGSNet/L2VPN/EVPN for secure segmentation and linking network gateways. Key needs include controlled, monitored, protected, and encrypted connections, with all network extensions protected by VPN services using NSA CSfC-approved IPsec encryption.

Respondents are requested to indicate their capabilities in meeting the outlined key performance parameters and system attributes. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended for planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or contract award.
