Provide Wide Area Network data connectivity services for 11 school sites.
Offer a minimum of 25 Gbps Full-Duplex Ethernet link, with electronic upgrade capability to 50 Gbps.
Connect all remote sites to Lindbergh High School.
Provide all necessary cabling, infrastructure, and connections at each site, ensuring E-rate guideline compliance for demarcation.

Do not assign contract rights, duties, or payments without district consent.

Name the District, its officers, directors, and employees as Additional Insureds, with primary coverage for the District.
Maintain Business Automobile Liability Insurance ($1M Combined Single Limit) and Professional Liability Insurance ($1M per claim, $2M aggregate).
Include a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the District.
Provide Certificates of Insurance and furnish certified copies upon request, ensuring subcontractors also meet insurance requirements.
Enroll and participate in the federal E-Verify program for contracts over $5,000, affirming no unauthorized aliens are employed.
Schedule all work and deliveries to avoid disrupting school operations and traffic.
Adhere to the district's tobacco-free policy.
Ensure contractors wear hard hats and restrict cell phone use to construction areas.
Keep construction site doors closed and locked when unoccupied, and roof access doors always locked.
Maintain controlled access to all ladders, scaffolding, and equipment.
Notify the district before any welding, cutting, burning, or work on electrical panels, fire alarm, or overhead paging systems.
Provide appropriate fire extinguishers and ensure proper firestopping of penetrations.
File MSDS sheets for all hazardous chemicals used.
Comply with OSHA regulations for lockout/tagout and confined space entry.
Obtain engineering approval for pouring substances down drains.
Provide own tools, ladders, and equipment unless district-approved exceptions.
Be responsible for all cleanup.
