A vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive well-being platform solution, including the design, implementation, maintenance, communication, and ongoing improvement of a group well-being program for county district schools employees. The scope of services includes promoting awareness of overall health status, encouraging health improvement decisions, supporting adherence to preventive screenings, and driving engagement within the employee population.

The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing participation trends and offering actionable recommendations for increasing engagement with the program. Regular reporting will be required, addressing multiple dimensions such as aggregate engagement, member-level data, activity-specific outcomes, and incentive redemption rates. Vendors are expected to create and execute effective, cost-efficient strategies to promote holistic well-being.
