Websites Redesign, Development, Hosting, Migration, Integration and Maintenance Services Using Drupal CMS

An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to redesign, develop, host, migrate, integrate, and maintain three bilingual websites using the Drupal content management system. The project includes a comprehensive assessment of the current sites, with diagnosis and recommendations to guide the redesign and development process. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and developing the sites, managing hosting, conducting technical maintenance, and overseeing regular updates and continuous improvements.

Key requirements include the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, allowing for advanced capabilities such as behavioral analytics, content personalization, automation, and virtual support. The Drupal CMS solution must be simple, intuitive, and flexible, enabling internal team members to easily manage content, add or update web pages, features, filters, categories, and sections. The project also involves efficient content migration and organization, with full support for bilingual (French and English) content. Development of key page templates and content structure wireframes for both desktop and mobile versions is required.

Additionally, the vendor must provide basic search engine optimization (SEO) services. Content should be optimized for generative AI platforms, including the use of clear questions, defined entities, and structured snippets. The contract for these services is expected to span five years.
