DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive website development and maintenance services utilizing the Drupal content management system. Services include ongoing Drupal maintenance, security updates, system administration support, and continuous development for two websites: a public-facing site and an internal intranet accessible only to employees.
The vendor's responsibilities will cover routine Drupal core updates, version upgrades, transitioning sites to Drupal 11 and future major versions, and monitoring security advisories to implement critical patches. Additional tasks include supporting the testing and validation of updates in development and test environments before deploying to production.
Custom development work may be required, such as building new modules, content types, themes, and views, as well as advising on improvements for usability, accessibility, and website performance. The vendor will manage the complete migration from the current non–Drupal platform, ensuring content is cleaned, transformed, and accurately imported; all modules and views are production-ready; and the integrity and accuracy of migrated content are validated.
