DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for upgrading the organization's website and providing ongoing maintenance services utilizing a content management system (CMS). Key website upgrade tasks include reviewing the current site infrastructure, redesigning or refreshing the layout and navigation, ensuring mobile responsiveness, improving accessibility in line with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, optimizing performance and basic SEO, implementing security measures such as SSL certificates, regular backups, and updates, as well as integrating donation and communication tools.

For ongoing maintenance, the vendor must handle routine CMS and plugin updates, provide security monitoring and regular backups, troubleshoot technical issues, handle minor content updates upon request, and respond promptly to both routine and outage notifications. The objective is to enhance the usability, security, and performance of the website while ensuring its continuous reliability.
