The vendor will be responsible for developing a migration strategy and timeline, ensuring quality testing, and launching the new website.
The selected vendor will present design options and work closely with senior staff to refine the final product. Additional responsibilities include implementing a ticketing system for ongoing corrections, providing recorded training sessions and management guidelines for agency staff, and delivering a minimum of 90 days of post-launch support.
