DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements for a website utilizing a Content Management System (CMS). Responsibilities include on-call maintenance, technical support, and ongoing management of web content, resources, and applications to ensure continuous optimal functionality for users. The vendor will support implementation of planned enhancements, such as streamlining the user experience and expanding resources available to the development community, as well as maintaining critical website functions and minimizing service disruptions.

The vendor is expected to assess the existing website through stakeholder outreach, staff interviews, and analytics software, summarizing improvement opportunities, prioritizing recommendations, and developing an implementation schedule. Technical tasks will include coding, scripting, debugging, and testing for the creation of various online applications, as well as providing support for special projects as they arise.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 1, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by April 8, 2026. The contract will cover a period of one year.
