The Health Insurance Program is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website support, programming, design refresh, compliance updates, and graphic production services using the WordPress content management system. The scope of work includes revising the existing template to align with current web standards and refreshing front-end layouts, with a particular focus on updates to mobile and responsive templates. These changes should ensure conformity to current standards and incorporate agency-specific updates.
Vendors will also be responsible for general functionality updates to the WordPress platform, including plugin and settings updates to support the WordPress Gutenberg editing system. Additional updates identified during the planning phase may include graphic production, web server configuration, assistance with security certificates, search engine optimization (SEO), and selection of stock photos. The contract term will be for one year.
